Everything You Need at a Glance
Before reserving the Meadowview Community Center, take a moment to review the basic rental details, capacity, timing, and what is included with your reservation.
Community Center Rental
Reservations are billed at $35 per hour with a minimum reservation period of three hours.
Three-Hour Minimum
Every reservation requires a minimum of three hours.
Maximum Occupancy
The approximate number of attendees must not exceed 60 people.
Setup & Cleanup Count
Your reserved time includes all setup and cleanup. Be sure to allow enough time before and after your event.
Included with Your Rental
Kitchen Equipment & Basic Amenities
The Community Center rental includes access to several kitchen appliances and basic serving items.
Guests should plan to provide their own plates, napkins, disposable utensils, food-handling supplies, and other event-specific items.

Rental Policies & Things to Know
The Meadowview Community Center is a historic community space. These guidelines help protect the facility, keep events running smoothly, and ensure the Center remains welcoming for everyone.
01 Decorations & Facility Care
Tape, staples, tacks, nails, or other materials that may damage painted walls or wood surfaces are prohibited. Materials that will not damage the facility, such as painter's tape, may be used.
- No staples, tacks, nails, or damaging adhesives.
- Painter's tape or other non-damaging materials may be used.
- Rice, confetti, glitter, and birdseed are prohibited.
02 Alcohol, Smoking & Vaping
Alcohol is not permitted on Community Center property. The person responsible for the reservation is responsible for ensuring that guests do not bring or serve alcohol.
- No alcohol is permitted on the property.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Vaping is prohibited.
03 Music & Amplified Sound
Music and amplified sound must be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside the building unless prior approval has been granted by the Meadowview First Board of Directors and any required Washington County permits have been obtained.
04 Pets & Service Animals
Pets are not permitted inside the facility. ADA service animals are welcome.
05 Parking & Fire Department Access
Guests may not park, load, or unload vehicles in the fire lane or block access to the Meadowview Volunteer Fire Department.
06 Public Events, Classes & Programs
Events advertised to the general public, events charging admission, and instructional activities such as classes, programs, or workshops require advance approval from the Meadowview First Board of Directors.
07 Capacity & Guest Responsibility
Renters must follow all building capacity requirements and are responsible for the behavior of everyone attending their event.
The Community Center reservation form currently lists a maximum of 60 guests.
08 Reservation Time, Setup & Cleanup
All event activities — including setup and cleanup — must take place within the time reserved.
Please allow enough time before and after your event so the facility is ready for the next renter.
09 Cleanup Requirements
The room must be returned to its original condition at the end of the reservation.
- Sweep, vacuum, and/or mop as appropriate.
- Wipe down tables and chairs.
- Clean kitchen counters and microwave if used.
- Remove all trash and place bags in the outdoor trash cans.
- Return the room to its original condition.
Cleaning supplies and additional trash bags are available at the Community Center as needed.
10 Damage & Facility Responsibility
Renters are responsible for damage occurring during their rental period and may be responsible for the cost of repairs. Future use of the facility may be denied at the discretion of the Meadowview First Board of Directors.
11 Liability, Permits & Personal Property
The renter is responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for the proposed activity.
Meadowview First, Inc. does not assume responsibility for personal items brought into or left at the facility. Renters are also responsible for injuries or damages arising from their use of the Community Center as outlined in the rental agreement.

Before You Complete Your Reservation
Please review these final reservation requirements before booking the Meadowview Community Center. Completing an online reservation indicates acceptance of the facility's rental policies and terms.
Your Reservation Is Completed Online
Availability, reservation details, and payment will be completed through the Community Center's online reservation system.
Please Provide At Least 14 Days' Notice
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required when cancelling a Community Center reservation.
The Renter Is Responsible for the Event
The person completing the reservation is responsible for following Community Center rules and for the conduct of all guests attending the event.
Required Approvals Are the Renter's Responsibility
Renters are responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for their proposed activity.
